About the event

In honor of Florida Archaeology Month, local St. Augustine scholars from St. Augustine are coming together for a panel, "Women in Archaeology." Archaeologists from Flagler College, the City of St. Augustine Archaeology Program, the University of Florida, and the Florida Public Archaeology Network are coming together to reflect on their experiences as women working in a scientific field that was historically lead by men. This event is free and open to the public.

This event is sponsored by the P. K. Yonge Library of Florida History and the University of Florida Smathers Library.
