About the event
Join archaeologists Emily Jane Murray and Sarah Miller to visit the Fish Island archaeological site and natural preserve. This free event will:
Introduce the Florida Public Archaeology Network's (FPAN) HMS Monitoring program
Talk about the impacts of climate change to this important site
Include a walking tour of the archaeological preserve
Free parking is available on-site. Please plan for this outdoor site visit; consider bringing a hat, closed-toe shoes, long pants, bug spray, and water.
